The (general) Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions state the contractual contents according to which Austrian accommodation providers generally conclude accommodation contracts with their guests. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions do not exclude special agreements.

RESORT TAX:

The resort tax and the price for the accommodation are charged independently as the resort tax contributes towards the costs of providing infrastructural services, such as the maintenance of walking trails, skibus shuttles, cross-country skiing routes, signposting systems, etc.

No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calendar year.

RESORT TAX
The resort tax and the price for the accommodation are charged independently as the resort tax contributes towards the costs of providing infrastructural services, such as the maintenance of walking trails, skibus shuttles, cross-country skiing routes, signposting systems, etc. No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calendar year.
The following resort tax per person and night applies for the entire area of Ötztal Tourismus Tourist Board:
1) Winter Season a) in the hamlets of Obergurgl-Hochgurgl belonging to the village of Sölden € 2.60 b) in the hamlet of Umhausen-Niederthai € 1,90 c) in the hamlets of Haiming, Sautens, Oetz, Längenfeld & Gries € 1,90 d) in the hamlet of Sölden € 2,10
2) Summer Season a) Haiming/Ochsengarten + Sautens € 1,60 b) in the village of Oetz € 1,70 c) Sölden + Obergurgl-Hochgurgl € 1,30 d) Umhausen-Niederthai, Längenfeld & Gries € 1,90
